Biography Claire Louise Photography has been established since early 2009. I live just outside of Cambridge with my fiancé Steve and have lived in or near Cambridge all my life. My approach to photography somewhat differs to most other photographers and the services they provide. I do not have a studio and work on location only, as I think the results are more natural and my clients tend to feel more relaxed and happy in an informal atmosphere. I am happy to come to your home or arrange to meet you at a location of your choice. I am happy to travel anywhere within the UK. My love of photography started at an early age. My Dad has always been a keen photographer, and me being a Daddy's girl, used to follow him around taking pictures of whatever he was taking pictures of. Back then of course he was using an expensive impressive Canon camera with all the lenses and flashes etc, and my camera was just a bright red wind on thing - simply something my Nan won on Bingo for me during her summer holidays. Since that day about 19 years ago nothing has stopped me taking photos. It has always been a hobby and like everything else, with practice I just got better and better at it. I haven't got any formal qualifications, and I do not have a studio, but what I do have is a Canon camera myself now, and a good eye. The passion has never died and I enjoy taking photos now as much as I did when I was a kid. When I started to create this website, I wasn't thinking about how much money I could make. I was thinking about what I was going to be taking photos of. Happy Families, Weddings, Special Occasions.... whatever really. It's just about capturing precious moments. I am simply someone who has a dream to take photos for a living. I am genuine and passionate about what I do, and I am a perfectionist in this. I want to capture those great moments that you will love and cherish. Although I have been taking Photographs as a hobby for many years, I am an Amateur within this profession and my prices reflect this. I feel that the Photographs I take are to the best of my ability and I do my upmost to make sure that I get the best I can out of my shoots. I do not have the flashest, most expensive equipment in the business either, but the Canon Camera I use produces photographs of excellent quality.
